As part of the EAP, the Manager Assistance Program is a coaching service that gives supervisors and managers the opportunity to discuss work related challenges and concerns in a confidential setting. This could include topics such as staff behavioural issues or team difficulties. It’s designed to complement internal HR support and provides an additional resource for HR to use when coaching and
developing managers.
