Training Programs
These programs change workplace culture from one of continual conflict, to a far more positive environment that promotes resolutions and conflict avoidance.
The primary focus is line managers who have a particular and direct
influence on a team. The training builds both the line manager’s and the
team’s capacity to:
- Recognise the development of the workplace stress cycle
- Recognise conflict early and the mechanisms of conflict
- Identify functional conflict versus dysfunctional conflict
- Examine the effects of conflict avoidance versus conflict resolution
- Develop a shared understanding of ‘respect’
- Build and develop strategies and management skills in conflict resolution
- Identify the need for timely and effective responses to conflict
- Developing Alternative Dispute Resolution options
