Carfi has recently appointed 2 new consultants to join our team.

Michelle Kerr is a Rehabilitation Consultant with a background in Psychology who is currently accredited under the Worksafe Victoria and Comcare jurisdictions for approved services and her recent work for Carfi has involved compensation and non-compensation occupational rehabilitation cases.

Michelle's current work consists of Initial Needs Assessments, Workplace Support Meetings, Vocational Assessments, Job Seeking Assistance and RTW Planning.

Bernadette Ghattas is also a Rehabilitation Consultant with a background in Psychology who has recently commenced with Carfi and specialises in Early Intervention services.

Prior to joining Carfi Bernadette was employed in the Job Services industry.  In her role as an Employment Consultant she worked with a range of low to high need job seekers, assisting them to identify and overcome barriers to obtaining new employment.
